Schedule · AutoPost
Pick a pace. AutoPost does the posting.
Schedule is where DumbSMM posts your short videos for you. Connect Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, choose how many posts go out each day, and AutoPost drops your approved videos into the next open slots. One calendar shows what’s going out and how it went.

- Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- 1 to 8 posts a day
- Times in your time zone
What is AutoPost?
AutoPost is the autopilot in Schedule. Set a daily number and a time zone, switch it on, and it keeps your calendar topped up with videos you’ve approved.
Every 10 minutes it looks for approved videos that aren’t on the calendar yet and puts them in the next free slot, so you don’t have to open the calendar at all. Each video goes to every account you’ve connected.
How Schedule works, step by step
Accounts
Connect your accounts
Link Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Each platform shows its own permission screen before anything connects. If a connection expires, the Accounts tab tells you to reconnect.
Tools and Library
Make or pick your videos
Make a short video, cut clips from a long one, or remix a video you like. Finished videos wait in your Library, each with a Schedule button if you’d rather place one by hand.
AutoPost
Set your pace
Choose 1 to 8 posts a day and your time zone, then switch AutoPost on. Approved videos fill the next open slots. Remix projects get their own daily number.
Calendar
How does AutoPost decide when to post?
It works through the next 60 days one day at a time, filling each day up to your daily number. Four rules pick the exact times.
Best hours first
Once your posts have some history, it favours the hours and weekdays that got the most views. Until then it uses default times spread across the day.
Three hours apart
Posts on the same account are at least 3 hours apart. That’s why the ceiling is 8 a day.
Slightly off the hour
Each post shifts by up to 9 minutes, so they don’t all land on the hour like a robot.
What happens when a platform starts holding you back?
Schedule slows that one account down, then speeds it back up.
Every day it compares each account’s latest posts with that account’s own normal. It only judges posts that are at least 2 days old and waits until there are 5 of them, so one slow post won’t set it off.
- Small dip: that platform drops to 2 posts a day.
- Bigger dip: 1 a day.
- Views flat near zero: 1 a day, plus an email with a 5-minute warm-up checklist. It never stops your posting on its own.
- Everything else: your other platforms keep their usual pace. Queued posts on the slowed one get spread out to match.
A slowdown from a dip is temporary. Every 2 days it steps back up, from 1 to 2 to your normal pace, and it lifts the limit straight away if views bounce back. After a flatline it holds at 1 a day until views start coming back.
Schedule FAQ
Which platforms can I post to?
Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. AutoPost sends each video to every account you’ve connected. When you add a post by hand, you pick the platforms for that post.
How many posts a day will AutoPost publish?
The number you pick, from 1 to 8. It starts at 3. New accounts are held to 2 a day until 15 posts have gone out, and account health can slow one platform down for a while.
Does it use my time zone?
Yes. The calendar shows and saves times in the time zone you choose, and it starts with your browser’s. 9:00 on your calendar means 9:00 where you are.
Can I still schedule posts myself?
Yes. Click any day in the calendar to add a post with a video, a time and platforms. Or press Schedule on a finished video in your Library.
What happens if a post fails?
The calendar marks it as failed and shows the error for each platform. You can retry just the platform that failed. The others aren’t touched.
Can Schedule tell if I’m shadowbanned?
It can’t read TikTok’s mind, but it does watch your views. If your last few posts drop to near zero next to your usual numbers, it treats that as suppression, slows that platform to 1 post a day and emails you a short recovery checklist.
